EMERGENCY GUIDE

객실 내 비상시 안내지침서

비상 상황 발생 시 아래 안내에 따라 침착하게 행동하여 주십시오.
Please remain calm and follow the instructions below in an emergency.

♨ FIRE / 화재 발생 시

1. 화재 또는 연기를 발견하면 즉시 신고하십시오.
화재 발견 → 프런트 내선 0번 또는 119

If you discover fire or smoke, immediately report it.
Front Desk: Dial 0 / Emergency: 119

2. 객실 밖으로 대피하기 전에 문을 확인하십시오.
문에 손등을 대어 문이 뜨겁지 않은지 확인하십시오.

Before opening the door, check the door for heat.

3. 안전하게 대피할 수 있는 경우
객실문을 닫고 가장 가까운 비상계단을 이용하여 대피하십시오.

If it is safe to evacuate:
Close the door and use the nearest emergency staircase.

4. 복도에 연기가 있는 경우
몸을 낮추고 연기를 피해 이동하십시오.

If there is smoke in the corridor:
Stay low and move away from the smoke.

5. 대피 시 엘리베이터를 절대 이용하지 마십시오.

DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR DURING A FIRE.

❗ IF YOU CANNOT EVACUATE

객실 밖으로 대피할 수 없는 경우

  • 객실문을 닫으십시오.
    Close the room door.

  • 문틈으로 연기가 들어오는 경우 젖은 수건 등으로 문틈을 막으십시오.
    If smoke enters through the door, seal the gaps with a wet towel if possible.

  • 프런트(0번) 또는 119에 객실번호를 알리고 구조를 요청하십시오.
    Call the Front Desk (Dial 0) or 119 and give your room number.

  • 창문을 통해 구조요원에게 현재 위치를 알리십시오.
    If possible, signal your location to rescuers through the window.

  • 구조요원 또는 호텔 직원의 안내를 기다리십시오.
    Wait for instructions from rescuers or hotel staff.

⚠ EVACUATION ROUTE

비상대피 안내

객실 내 비상대피도를 확인하십시오.
Please check the emergency evacuation map in your room.

입실 후 다음 위치를 미리 확인하여 주십시오.

Please identify the following locations upon arrival:

① 가장 가까운 비상계단 / Nearest Emergency Staircase
② 비상구 / Emergency Exit
③ 소화기 / Fire Extinguisher
④ 비상전화 / Emergency Telephone
⑤ 1층 외부 출구 / Ground Floor Exit

화재 발생 시 엘리베이터를 이용하지 마십시오.
Do not use the elevator in case of fire.

⛰ EARTHQUAKE / 지진 발생 시

① 창문 및 유리, 떨어질 수 있는 물건에서 떨어지십시오.
Stay away from windows, glass, and falling objects.

② 튼튼한 테이블이나 구조물 아래에서 머리를 보호하십시오.
Protect your head under a sturdy table or structure.

③ 흔들림이 멈출 때까지 안전한 장소에서 대기하십시오.
Stay in a safe place until the shaking stops.

④ 흔들림이 멈춘 후 직원 및 비상방송의 안내에 따라 대피하십시오.
After the shaking stops, evacuate according to hotel staff and emergency announcements.

⑤ 엘리베이터를 이용하지 마십시오.
Do not use the elevator.

⚕ MEDICAL EMERGENCY / 응급환자 발생 시

응급환자가 발생한 경우 즉시 연락하십시오.

For a medical emergency, contact immediately:

신고 시 호텔명 / 객실번호 / 환자 상태를 알려주십시오.

When calling, provide the hotel name / room number / patient's condition.

⚡ POWER FAILURE / 정전 발생 시

  • 침착하게 객실 내에서 대기하십시오.
    Remain calm and stay in your room.

  • 휴대전화 손전등 등을 이용하십시오.
    Use your mobile phone flashlight if necessary.

  • 엘리베이터 이용을 피하고 호텔 직원의 안내를 따라주십시오.
    Avoid using elevators and follow hotel staff instructions.

화재·응급환자 등 긴급상황 발생 시 즉시 신고하여 주십시오.
For fire, medical emergencies, or other urgent situations, please report immediately.

호텔 직원의 안내 및 비상방송에 따라 행동하여 주십시오.
Please follow the instructions of hotel staff and emergency announcements.

※ 객실 내 비상대피 안내도에서 현재 객실 위치와 가장 가까운 비상계단 및 대피경로를 반드시 확인하여 주십시오.
※ Please check the emergency evacuation map for your room location and the nearest emergency staircase and evacuation route.
